The Decoration of Honor "Meritorious for Polish Culture" is a Polish ministerial decoration awarded since 1969 to individuals for distinguished contribution to the creation, dissemination and protection of culture. The decoration has the shape of a stylized rosette with the monogram "RP" and is worn on the right side of the chest. Interestingly, this decoration is also awarded to organisations, including the Widzew Exlibris Gallery in Lodz.
